Monogramming

We offer a monogramming service to embellish your clinic logo onto all items. Take advantage of embroidery to promote your image and identity on your uniforms and clinic towels. Whatever size your Clinic or Spa may be embroidery makes the uniforms you purchase from SPAWEAR unique to you.

Ordering

Ordering is simple and can be done by fax or by emailing our office. An order form must be completed to ensure the correct information is provided so your order is supplied correctly.

One invoice is issued for each purchase, one payment per order. No refund or exchange on monogrammed orders.

Sizing

Please refer to our sizing chart. Our garments are made to standard sizes 8 - 20. If incorrect - you can simply exchange.

Product Return

Garments can be exchanged by contacting Beauty Sense Ltd and advising there will be a return of product. Returns are unable to be accepted without prior notification.

All returns must be returned new in original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery with details of required style size and colour for the exchange.

Important- ensure correct fit and colour before embroidering garments as no returns or exchange will be accepted.

We suggest PBT Couriers or New Zealand Couriers for accountability. We regret we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit back to us.
